Mango Fruit Salad

Mango Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 pears
  • 1 mango
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup walnuts

Method:

Wash, peel and cut all the fruitsof your choice into bite size cubes. Soften ice-cream in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Add condensed milk, mango pulp and ice cream in a large bowl and mix well. Gently mix in the fruits and nuts. Chill and serve cold.

Cooking Tips:

The measurements given are just basic guide lines of the ingredients. Vary the amount of mango pulp, ice cream, condensed milk as per your taste. Add or subtract different fruits, nuts of your choice. Fruits like honey dew melon, cantaloupes are favored fruits in this recipe.

Serving tips:

Serve as dessert.
